Symptoms
An Identity Audit Rule was created with special characters like for example the dollar sign $ as we can see below:
On submitting a request that meets the above rule we do get a Policy Violation
Clicking the Policy Violations link on the above submit request
Displays the Error: An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information.
and the following stack trace is thrown in the Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) diagnostic logs
