Unable to Start the Managed server from WebLogic Console After the Admin Server Password Changed (Doc ID 2737018.1)

Symptoms

Changed WebLogic console password and able to access the console. But while starting managed through console getting the issue.

Same managed server have started through backend, able to start and server getting running mode.
