Unable to Start the Managed server from WebLogic Console After the Admin Server Password Changed (Doc ID 2737018.1)

Symptoms

Changed WebLogic Admin password and able to access the console. But while starting managed through console getting the issue.

Was able to start the managed server using default startup script from command line.
