Resequencer In OSB 12c is failing due to XPath (Doc ID 2737566.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB

Enable Resequencer for pipeline and select Standard option.
Grouping element is "group" (based on XSD) and the ID for Resequencer is "nr" (defined as xsd:int in XSD).

The invocation resulted in an error: oracle.tip.resequencer.infra.exception.ResequencerException: ORARES-01301:[Sequence ID validation error]Sequence ID validation failure."{0}".Possible Fix:SequenceID value is incorrect.
