Using Imaging 12c Manual Changes To The Column Width On The Search Results Page Do Not Stick (Doc ID 2737596.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 29, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle WebCenter Content: Imaging - Version 12.2.1.4.0 to 12.2.1.4.0 [Release 12c]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After an upgrade from Imaging 11.1.1.9 to 12.2.1.4, the following was noticed:

On the Imaging search results page, if a user manually adjusts the width of a column and then clicks on the title of another column to sort, the changes to the column width are lost.  The user interface did not do this in Imaging 11.1.1.9.

This issue can be reproduced if a search is executed under the "Searches" list. In the search results window, adjust the column width, and click on any column.  Notice the width of the column that was just adjusted is back to the original width.

This issue is not reproduced if a search is built under Manage Searches.  In this case, click on the Search button in the "Preview and Test" train stop.  It is not reproduced in this area with a newly built search or when modifying and existing search.  In addition, once the column width is set, it is maintained even when submitting changes.

Changes

 Upgrade from 11.1.1.8 to 12.2.1.4.
