After the SSL is Enabled for OHS, the Browser Still Shows the Default Wallet (Doc ID 2738071.1)

Symptoms

After setting up a custom SSL wallet, the URL for https://<host>:<sslport> returns a "Certificate Error", and when clicking on the Certificate Error, it shows the following message:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. After enabling SSL, the browser is still picking up the wallet for localhost.
2. The staging and runtime ssl.conf files did not contain the changes made by the the FMWC Framework, and there was pending file in the staging directory.
