Managed server and/or Admin Server Startup Failure due to CoherenceException after applying Oct2020 WebLogic (WLS) PSU 31960985 (Doc ID 2738199.1)

Symptoms

After applying WLS patch 31960985 and rebooting the servers, the servers don't come up and there are errors in startup logs.

This particular issue was diagnosed for WebCenter Content (WCC) but applies to all other product types as well.


4. Rollback WLS PSU 31960985.
5. Apply Coherence Patch 32124456 and then re-apply 31960985
6. ALL servers come up successfully with no errors.
