Symptoms

When selecting "Review" from the Gear Icon next to an attachment in the Unifier viewer, this message appears:

   Files cannot be viewed because of a missing system configuration setting.

   Contact System Administrator

Changes

 This was an upgrade to Primavera 19.12.
