tmshutdown Fails With CMDTUX_CAT:1668 When Enabling EM JMX Agent (Doc ID 2740223.1)

Symptoms

When enabling EM JMX Agent, sometimes tmshutdown fails with CMDTUX_CAT:1668 even if no active clients exist.

CMDTUX_CAT:1668: WARN: Cannot shutdown BBL on simple. Clients and/or servers may be running
CMDTUX_CAT:949: WARN: Shutdown failed

In this case, zombie tmping process remains.

ps -ef|grep tmping
tuxedo 48757 48742 0 10:56 pts/7 00:00:00 [tmping] <defunct>

We can observe following error in the ULOG when the problem happens.

105757.linux!tmping.48757.2829177280.-2: CMDTUX_CAT:1590: ERROR: Unknown network error receiving reply from TAGENT on simple
105758.linux!BBL.48742.305111488.0: LIBTUX_CAT:1233: ERROR: Unable to shutdown, clients/servers still attached
