Qn1:On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Deployment

Compatibility for DBA Queue Tables for SOA Schemas Generated using RCU on 12C DB showing as 8.3.1

We created SOA schemas using RCU 12.2.1.4 on 12C DB and some tables are created as compatible 8.3.1, why is that behavior observed when all other tables are created as compatible with 10.0.0, attached the screenshot to SR
