Java Library Libhythr.so Loaded Twice From Different Java Installs Causing Jdbc Connections Stuck (Doc ID 2741588.1)

Symptoms

Jdbc connections are getting stuck and causing application server to go in warning or overloaded state throwing following error.

A "core dump" got generated stuck thread happens for the jdbc connection.
OS system is AIX and using IBM JDK. Database version is Sybase Adaptive Server Enterprise - 16.
