WebCenter Content: Imaging Fails To Import Data From The Supporting Content Document To BPEL Payload Fields (Doc ID 2741824.1)

Symptoms

Imaging is not importing the data (the supporting document - XML) in the Instance payload fields mapped in Imaging when creating the Instance in SOA. The following message is occurring in the logs:

The requested supporting content for the document, id=X.IPM_,XXXXXXX  key=<KEY>, was not found.[[
oracle.imaging.ImagingException: TCM-02027: The requested supporting content for the document, id=X.IPM_,XXXXXXX, key=<KEY>, was not found.
