On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Configuration & Deployment Issues (WSM in EM and WLS Consoles, Attaching Policies, OWSM-MDS Data Source, etc)

When a click is made on the attachment link in the policy manager, the next error is reported

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Logon to Enterprise Manager
2. Go to WebLogic Domain - Web Services - WSM Policies
3. When clicking on the attachment of a policy, the error is reported and the attachments cannot be seen
