ProductVersion In Composite.xml Not Updated After Ojmigrate (Doc ID 2742561.1)

Symptoms


The productVersion in composite.xml should be updated to 12.2.1.4.0 after ojmigrate. This is not happening.

1. Install latest 12.2.1.4 JDev + patch 31283303
2. Run ojmigrate with the .jws file
3. Migration will be successful.
4. Now navigate to composite.xml file. Check the productVersion, it is not updated:

<property name="productVersion" type="xs:string" many="false">12.1.3.0.0</property>
