Recently Added Users to an Alias group are not seeing Previously Assigned Records Approvals (Doc ID 2742681.1)

Symptoms

The affected retention category has the “Notification Reviewer” set to an alias group in the disposition rules. This category has outstanding approvals assigned to this alias group. After adding a new RM user to this alias group, this newly added user cannot see these previously assigned approvals in their "My Record Assignments" page.
