Kerberos SSO over HTTPS fails on WebLogic 14c (Doc ID 2742976.1)

Any HTTP response with status 401 and a WWW-Authenticate: Negotiate Header over SSL results in Browser Errors.

Users cannot authenticate and the browser does not allow access to the page:

Error in browser :

Kerberos SSO was configured with WLS 12.2.1.4 on JDK 1.8_261 and Windows 2016 KDC.

SSO worked fine on both HTTP and HTTPS.

WLS was upgraded to WLS 14c and we noticed the following :

Kerberos SSO over HTTP - works fine.

Kerberos SSO over HTTPS on IE - works fine.

Kerberos SSO over HTTPS on Google Chrome (79.0) - Fails.

Kerberos SSO over HTTPS on Mozilla FireFox (76.0.1) - Fails
