Symptoms

When running the RCU for OAM schema configuration the setup fails. The rcu.log file shows and error similar to this,

Tue Jan 5 12:44:26.462 IST 2021 NOTIFICATION assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask::run: Executing task: Oracle Identity Manager.
Tue Jan 5 12:44:26.463 IST 2021 ERROR assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask: oracle.sysman.assistants.rcu.backend.task.ActualTask::run: RCU Operation Failed
java.lang.NullPointerException
