Symptoms

Oracle Content and Experience Configure Add New OCE Mapping throws SQL errors

When attempt to "Add New OCE Mapping" from the Admin menu -> Oracle Content and Experience -> Export Mapping -> Configure page and select the checkbox for a flex family asset type, it does not populate the SubTypes container on the page.

This is logged several times in the sites.log (seems to occur for each of our Flex Family assets):

java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: [FMWGEN][SQLServer JDBC Driver][SQLServer]Invalid column name 'subType'.

The column name in the OCEMapping table is "subtype" (lowercase "t").
