Oracle Apex Schema Owner issue: static on type page “Data Loading”

-Applications that use different schema, set at the login by the end user(schema have same database objects but different data).
This switch works with apex_util.set_parsing_schema_for_request put in the Shared Component setting: Database Session: Db Session Init Code.

Issue happened with the type page “Data Loading”, because in this case the "Owner" schema is mandatory.

When creating “data loading” pages using the wizard by Apex, selecting a "owner" schema. At first Transformation Rules are not defined and the table Lookups options.
The application is run- choose a schema, everything works (csv loading is successful).

If the process is modified, adding e.g. some transformation rules, go in to "Shared components":"data load definition" and modify only the transformation rules,
when "Apply changes" it loses the Column Alias List Of Value (there are no destination columns in the mapping phase anymore).

Go back to "data load definition" and Edit list of value, applying this change. This is where Apex introduces the error. Running the function, at the end of the Data / Table Mapping the blocking message is:

[ora_sqlerrm: ORA-01031: insufficient privileges
