Symptoms

APEX has been upgrade 20.2 from 5.0

ORDS has been upgraded to 20.2.

When trying to download the reports in PDF format, the following error is given:

 

503 - Service Unavailable

 

Changes

APEX and ORDS have been upgraded. The Print Server in the APEX instance settings shows that the APEX_LISTENER print server is in use.
