Symptoms


When attempting to access the Administration page in a custom WebCenter portal application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error 401--Unauthorized

 

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the custom WebCenter portal application.
     
  2. Access the Administration link.
    Here you will get the error.
