While trying to upgrade ORDS schema, the following error appears.

java.io.IOException: Error executing script: upg_ords_object_grants.sql

Error: ORA-20103: Cannot revoke EXECUTE on SYS.DBMS_LOB from ORDS_PUBLIC_USER.

ORA-01927: cannot REVOKE privileges you did not grant

ORA-06512: at line 35

The same error appeared for the following objects as well.

DBMS_SESSION
DBMS_UTILITY
