The WebCenter application fails to start after applying the WebCenter Portal Bundle Patch or Later.
This makes WebCenter Portal inaccessible.

The following errors are seen in the WC_Portal.out log file:

weblogic.application.ModuleException: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException:

WebCenter Portal is extended to use custom shared libraries that make use of axis2 libraries.
