Symptoms

On ODSEE 11.1.1.7.1 -

In the ODSEE access log -
B4 - Server failed to flush BER data back to client

Example:

[08/Jan/2021:10:59:28 -0600] conn=183553 op=71 msgId=-1 - closing from <IP>:<PORT> - B4 - Server failed to flush BER data back to client -
[08/Jan/2021:10:59:30 -0600] conn=185461 op=20 msgId=-1 - closing from <IP>:<PORT> - B4 - Server failed to flush BER data back to client -
[08/Jan/2021:11:13:35 -0600] conn=189438 op=0 msgId=-1 - closing from <IP>:<PORT> - B4 - Server failed to flush BER data back to client -
