Mediator Resquencer In Running State (Doc ID 2744730.1)

Goal

We using AIA Communications O2C and AXXX PIP, as part of testing sometimes the resequencer gets stuck, but now the number stuck instances growing higher frequently.

We identified Doc ID 2224345.1 as the solution to this problem, but all the recommended patches mentioned are already applied in our environment.

We tried restarting server and redeployment of mediator, but still the problem not getting resolved.
