Symptoms

On WLS 12.2.1.3, trying to build a weblogic docker image but getting an error message:

Error processing tar file(exit status 1): write<location>/fmw_12.2.1.3.0_wls.jar: no space left on device".

 The stdout.txt shows that there isn't enough space in tmp
