Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, BPEL Service Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Even though the instance failed and needed recovery, it is showing as Completed instance in 12c.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The instance should be shown as Failed
