Creating a User with User Login Containing Character ß Gets the Character Converted to SS (Doc ID 2746372.1)

Symptoms

A user gets created with his/her User Login containing character ß also known as sharp s and eszett in unicode

 

 

on user creation character ß gets translated to SS

 

 

Note

The issue only reproduces with field User Login, other fields like first name, last name , etc.. do not have this issue.
