Symptoms

As part of the OCT 2020 PSU for Exalogic Virtual the control stack upgrades the OVMM DB from 3.2.11.779 to 3.4.5.1919

It has been reported will fail with the following error seen in service_upgrade.log if the customer has changed the OVMM DB schema user 'ovs' password from default:
