Symptoms

Post Exalogic OCT 2020 PSU  i.e, after performing "SECTION E: UPGRADE OVMM TO 3.4.5, EMOC TO 12.3.EXA.200719 AND ORACLE DB TO 12C" in Doc ID 2715114.1, it has been observed that EMOC BUI hangs after the root credentials have been entered.
