Exalogic Virtual:OEM : Exalogic Rack Information Is Missing In Weblogic Domain's Target Information After Migration From OL5 To OL6 (Doc ID 2747154.1)

Symptoms

On exalogic virtual 2.0.6.3.x, customer need to migrate their applicaitons running on weblogic from Oracle Linux 5 guest vServers to Oracle Linux 6. They did that by rebuilding the vServers with a EL 6 template.

However once done, they found that in OEM, the exalogic rack information is missing for the weblogic domain target running on these newly built OL6 vServers which means the weblogic domain is not associated to any exalogic rack. The detail can be found through below screenshot:
