Oracle Access Manager (OAM) - High Page Load Times In High Availability Environment When The Webgate Can't Connect to OAM Node(s) (Doc ID 2747268.1)

Symptoms

The user browser will hang indefinitely while loading a protected resource if the are network connection issues between the webgate and one or more active OAM nodes(s), in a High Availability environment. The webpage would keep loading, until the OAM nodes start receiving network packets. There are no timeouts or errors. As soon as network services are restored, webpages load normally, there are no issues or delays.

All OAM nodes are up and running, but the webgate can't connect to one or more of them because of a network issue.
