Symptoms

While testing Incremental Reconciliation from PeopleSoft target, tried to verify the PeopleSoft Integration Broker node could connect to Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

Not able to reach OIM with either Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) or Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP).

Encountered the following error each time:
