Build Failure While Running Patch_oim_wls.sh Script in a 2 Node Cluster Setup

Symptoms
On a 2-node cluster of Oracle Identity Management version 11.1.2.3.0 , executing the post patching process script on node 2 with patch_oim_wls.sh script file completes successfully but fails for the Rest redeployment section:
