AOB Installation of Connector Hangs / Freezes or HTTP 403 Errors in logs (Doc ID 2748186.1)

Using Firefox Browser and AOB method try to deploy any connector

Click Finish and nothing happens on final screen to create connector artifacts etc.

Also another possible symptom is that Datatypes are not shown, or Connector Test does not work

Right Mouse upper right corner, go to Web Developer / Network Tab - can see

Many HTTP 403 errors are generated.

New Fresh Install of 12.2.1.4

download a connector and try to install via AOB method.
