OGG: Classic extract slow when compared with OGG 12.2 Extract (Doc ID 2748854.1)

Symptoms

Classic Extract is very slow when source database is generating too many temporary objects. This was noticed with latest ogg versions( 18.1.x or 19.1.x)

 

Changes

SQL used in classic extract was very slow, which needed optimization.
