Goal

When a data control is packaged in ADF Library JAR for reuse and added to the project through Libraries and Classpath, JDeveloper shows imported data control under the Data Control panel.

But when this same ADF Library JAR is added as a Maven dependency, data control is not shown under the Data Control panel.

How to properly set the Data Control packaged in ADF Library JAR to show under the Data Control panel when added as a Maven dependency?
