Symptoms

After upgrading Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.2.6 to 12.2.1.4 and re-configuring the Domain, in a High Availability environment, when starting the Managed Server 1 on node 1, the deployment of oraclediagent fails to start and the following error can be seen in the WebLogic Admin Console:

For node 2, the deployment of oraclediagent starts fine.
