Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.0.0 version, OSB

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OSB deploy creates repeated MDBs.

1) create a session on OSB console, import project and apply plan.
2) deploy a project with JMS resources.
3) click on activate and immediately kill Admin server process, this should generate stale MDBs in Admin server console and file system (/sbgen/jms/).
