GG_heartbeat_seed not getting updated In DB2 Z/OS (Doc ID 2750425.1)

Symptoms

When trying to set up the heartbeat functionality, the add heartbeattable command runs successfully without any errors. But there is no update of the heartbeat_timestamp column of the gg_heartbteat_seed table. Also, unable to locate the two scheduled jobs that Goldengate claims to have created when doing add heartbeattable.
