Versioned Old Application Returns HTTP404 When New One Is Admin Mode After Managed Server Restart (Doc ID 2750569.1)

Symptoms

When the production redeployment is performed as the following steps, Clients can not access the versioned old application via a normal port, it returned HTTP 404.

1. Deploy Old web application(v1)
It can be accessed via a normal port
2. Distribute New web application(v2) then Start it with admin mode
- old web application (v1): Active
- new web application (v2): Admin
Old application(v1) can be accessed via normal port
New application(v2) can be accessed via admin port
3. Restart the Managed Server
- old web application (v1): Active
- new web application (v2): Admin
(*)Old application(v1) can NOT be accessed via normal port (HTTP404)
New application(v2) can be accessed via admin port
