How to access ODSM (Oracle Directory Service Manager) in OID 12c from EM? (Doc ID 2750594.1)

OID 12c: Oracle Internet Directory (OID) 12.2.1.3.0/12.2.1.4.0 Collocated Installation and Configuration on a supported Linux host with screenshots ( Doc ID 2273867.1 )

Access to (ODSM) Directory Services Manager on OID 12c not available as it was with 11g.   The drop down menu does not have Directory Services Manager available.
