Getting Page Expired Notification when Accessing the Login URL via Load Balancer (Doc ID 2750680.1)

Symptoms

On WLS 12.2.1.3, getting page expired notification at the login page when page is accessed via Load Balancer URL. If it is accessed directly through the Managed Server host/port, the issue doesn't occur.
