EM Console - Can't Search Process Instance By Flow Id (Doc ID 2750738.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Process Metrics + Dashbds (11g+)

EM Console - Can't search process instance by flow id.

On EM Console, end users are trying to find the process by flow id, but it only allowed date range search. It is difficult to find any problem process to see instance detail, even for recovery.

Please, let us know how to do and if it has the support.
