Apache WebGate fail to initialize

CONNECTIVITY ERROR 0x0000211E/ade/aime_ngamac_391305/ngamac/src/palantir/netlib/src/obsocket.cpp:439 "Invalid hostname for OAM Server defined."

For specific WebGate nestat output does not show any connections to the OAM servers
Other WebGates work

Upgraded OAM server from 11g PS3 to 12c PS3 and reconfigured WebGates to connect to the new OAM servers
