Oracle WebLogic Server: Administration Console Deployments Page Is Loading Very Slow (Doc ID 2751754.1)

Symptoms

On the WebLogic setups, having the OSB components installed, it was noted that, in the Administration Console, the Deployments page is loading very slow.

It could take up to 5 minutes until the page is fully loaded. The loading takes more time if domain contains more number of managed servers.
