Symptoms

Custom Atrribute Editor Failing to load after upgrade to Sites 12c.

Console errors are seen in in the web browser when in Contributor mode and trying to open/edit an asset that contains an attribute editor of type {CUSTOM_EDITOR}.

In the log you will find the following error message:
