Symptoms

Encountering "<BEA-110405> <Resource WLStore_<domain_name>_domain_<file_store_name>_managed_server_name was not assigned to any of these servers: managed_server_name1 managed_server_name2 >" Intermittently.

When this issue happens, spike in hogging threads observed and jms messages gets piled up in the queue.

Too many threads with following stack observed in the Thread Dumps at the time of issue:
