SOA Instance Flow Trace Shows Difference In Timestamp (Doc ID 2752573.1)

While checking the instance Flow ID's in SOA EM console few instances flow trace have differences in their timestamp of their components while invoking.

There are two issues related to the timestamp:

1. approx 2 minutes delay for all the instances of all the composites
Let's say the instance was created at 10:00:00 AM, the Flow Trace shows that the first activity took place at 10:02:00 AM

2. the time sequence in the audit trail -> this issue occurs randomly.
Let's say the instance was started on Feb 15, 2021, at 1:24:39 PM and last updated on Feb 15, 2021, at 1:24:41 PM
The first activity from the flow is registered at 1:26:46 PM
