Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, SQL*Plus

The glogin.sql file is not run when connect with sqlplus.

 
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Given:
ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/product/19.9.0.0.0
The glogin.sql is located under $ORACLE_HOME/sqlplus/admin directory.
