Symptoms


In OSB 12.2.1.4, a client that has a custom OWSM Security policy based on oracle/wss11_x509_token_with_message_protection_client_policy tries to call a service but fails with the following error:


The same scenario works in Fusion Middleware 12.1.3 environment but fails in 12.2.1.4.
